Returns: Instructions and Exclusions


Junior Library Guild wants you to be satisfied with your selections. If you receive a title that you already own, or a title that you do not wish to place in your library, you can return it for exchange at any time.


Instructions

  1. Complete the Return Authorization Form and include it with the books you wish to exchange.
  2. Complete the USPS Return-Customer Self Service and the postage is on us!
    1. Enter Your Address Information.
    2. Click No for Hazardous Materials.
    3. Enter Package Information – your RMA is your Customer Number and your Merchandise Description is “books”.
    4. Select How Would You Like Your Label Delivered.
  3. Affix the postage-paid label to the outside of your box and place the box in the mail—the postage is on us. The postage-paid label is provided by the U. S. Post Office—packages should be placed in the mail for return.
  4. To speed up the process of receiving your replacement titles, Chat Now in the bottom right corner and let our Customer Service Team know what you’d like as your replacements. They’ll get them ordered for you right away!

Exclusions

  • Titles sent to your library with shelf-ready processing may NOT be returned.
  • Titles that have been processed with attached labels, property stamps, etc. may NOT be returned.
  • Damaged/Defective titles do not need to be returned. Please contact Customer Service and we’ll replace those at no charge.
