Junebug In Trouble

Ten-year-old Junebug moved out of a housing project in May and hasn’t seen his friend Robert since. On a trip to the beach during Labor Day weekend, Junebug runs into Robert and Trevor, another boy fom the old neighborhood. Trevor is a member of the Rex, a gang, and Robert says he might join, too. Junebug tries to renew his friendship with Robert and stay out of trouble himself, but he ends up in a dangerous situation.
